FRiiSPIRIT is going to have a launching party on May 10, 2008. Exactly 6 months after the soft opening party. WOoohoo... the big 0.5 anniversary!

In fairness, this craziness doesn't only occur only on tuesdays. Most of this strangeness is commonplace at FRiiSPIRIT (which is everything BUT a common place).

However, it does get extra crazy on tuesdays thanks to our TUESDAY DAY PASS. For just P150/head, you can play all day here at FRiiSPIRIT!

SHG

No, we're not forgetting the "a". It's not that kind of place.

SHG stands for Spikey Haired Guy, a regular at our place. Yes, hang out in FRiiSPIRIT often enough and you too may receive an acronymed alias (from here on referred to as an AA. For there are no alcoholics at FRiiSPIRIT, only drunkards. Alcoholics go to meeting, fool.)

Aside from the spikey hair, you'll easily recognize SHG by his accompanying LAMB CALDERETA. Without fail, you can count on SHG to order the LAMB CALDERETA, sometimes twice even. He claims it's the best lamb caldereta in town! And reasonably priced to boot!



So the next time you're in FRiiSPIRIT, why not take a page out of SHG book and try the lamb caldereta. It's not baa-aaa-aad.

In need of a hero?

Wii've got lots here at FRiiSPIRIT!

Just come on down and find a hero. Decide later why you need savings.

As you can see, we specialize in a certain species of hero, namely the GUITAR HERO. And why shouldn't we? Guitar Heroes rock! Every pun intended.

Perhaps you don't need a hero, but would like to be one? All the more reason to come over! Guitar hero training is all day round at FRiiSPIRIT. Wii'll make a hero out of you yet!

Where is Jamiel?

This lil guy is one of our favorite customers. He helps other customers with their games, doe-eyes his way into free food, and challenges all comers to guitar hero (as evidenced by the above photo).

All comers welcome! Be forewarned though, loser does push-ups. Not the sissy on the knees stuff, or the body waved ones. Real push-ups. This is why wii're called FRiiSPIRIT FITNESS and fun center. Not the other way around.

However, wii worry because we haven't seen our lil buddy all week. Has he flown back to Canada without saying goodbye? Come back, Jamiel! Wii miss you!

Eggplant Lasagna with Mozarella

Once in a while a customer may question, where is the pasta? And well... Shucks, there just isn't any.

The eggplant is pretending to be the pasta in the dish. Other names that just did not make the cut were:

When-I-Grow-Up-I-Wanna-Be-Pasta Eggplant with Mozarella

Our customers have described our Eggplant Lasagna with Mozarella in varying ways, as well.

FCC: It's like eating pizza.

I'm sure if wii used the word "pizza", it would only further confuse the customer who receives something in a casserole when"pizza" was ordered.

Spikey Haired Guy (from now on to be referred to as SHG): It tastes like oyster rockefeller.

No comment. How eggplant and tomatoes can taste like oysters and spinach is beyond even the minds of the FRiiSPIRITED.

Mind you, these customers order the Eggplant Lasagna with Mozarella on a regular basis. And they are not alone! This is one of our most popular dish! Perhaps because of it's rorschach taste?

These were taken during FCC's birthday bash (see earlier entry). Where wii created a special menu specifically for the needs of our birthday celebrant.

Aside from the most scrumdidlydumcious minced sirloin chili cheeseburgers, and a slushee machine churning out love, wii served an authentic penne al telefono to accommodate the herbivores.

Now if that doesn't make your mouth water, maybe you'd like a bite of something else?
